My journey in hospitality began with storytelling. As the creator & host of VendrTV, I traveled across the U.S. uncovering the incredible stories behind street food vendors, showcasing their craft, and celebrating their role in the food world. That passion for storytelling continued with What’s This Food?!, a daily YouTube series I created in 2011. For an entire year, I explored new and unusual ingredients, learned their histories, developed recipes, and taught my audience how to use them in creative ways.

Together, these shows garnered millions of views, frequently ranked in the iTunes Top 10, and were featured on platforms like ABC News, Fox & Friends, and more. They introduced a global audience to the magic and mystery of food, sparking curiosity and inspiring creativity in the kitchen.

Today, I apply those same principles of storytelling, creativity, and connection to drive my restaurant brands. Whether it’s crafting a compelling concept, developing a menu that tells a story, or building a brand that resonates with guests, my approach is deeply rooted in the skills I honed as a content creator.

Over the years, I’ve learned that success in the restaurant industry isn’t just about great ideas—it’s about having the right guidance, tools, and strategies to bring them to life.
