In today’s episode of What’s This Food?!, Daniel Delaney covers yuca, also known as cassava or manioc, and uses the root as the base for a Japanese croquette, or tater tot, known as “korokke.”
All natural fresh ingredients bbq sauce. Five popular flavors. I chased a pig in AZ and it chased me back. That's how it got the name.

You know what I’d like to see about? Cola. It’s a pretty basic recipe, right? but there’s a lot of history and I’m not even sure what is IN cola actually. Whenever I see a new soda, I always want to taste their take on cola. My favorite is still probably the mexican cokes – older the bottle, the better. Least fav? Gus cola, uggh. I guess I’m not grown up. Keep up the good work!
That’s an interesting topic Jeff! Did you listen to the most recent This American Life story about Coke?
Hey, thanks! I was just looking at these in the grocery store yesterday and thinking “What would Daniel do?”
How funny is that! Small world.
No I didn’t. I will listen to it now

Thanks for the tip. Coke employs my brother, so my family is eternally grateful to them. It’s pretty interesting how loyal people are to specific colas. My favs are mexican cokes, fountain cokes, RC cola.
