As always, great show! I love the cheese and meats subshows into which you’ve delved as well. I have a couple more ideas for future WTF topics: an alcohol frequently used in cooking such as sherry or bourbon (how/where they’re made, how they’re used in dishes and what flavor they partake, etc), and a game meat such as venison, boar, buffalo, ostrich, waterfowl, dove, etc. I come from a family of hunters, so our freezer is always stocked with elk, venison, and dove (which I would take over chicken or turkey anytime, absolutely delicious taste that I describe as a hybrid between the most tender, well-done beef steak and chicken); I’ve always lamented how people seem to often be so wary of these meats when they’re so tasty (when prepared properly) and offer such healthy alternatives to big agriculture beef and poultry! Look forward to all your future shows!
