wtf: Episode 25: Perilla

While in the grocery store I stumbled upon Perilla, which I learned is often called Shiso. Perilla is an herb in the mint family, and has tons of uses. In today’s WTF I cooked it up with some cucumbers, chillies, and garlic!

    I love Shiso! In sorbet, in sushi with ume, infused in sugar syrup for shiso lemonade, yum!
