wtf: Episode 98: Artichoke

In response to another request, today’s What’s This Food?! looks at the thistle plant, the artichoke. Daniel Delaney learns about this edible flower and makes a cheesy artichoke spread with artichoke hearts.

Baked with just a handful of natural ingredients, 34 Degrees Crispbread are subtly toasty and overtly tasty. Perfect crackers for pairing!

Music was really LOUD for this episode. Made it very difficult to hear Dan’s great narration.
