Recently, Fast Company Magazine asked me for my opinion on how Quiznos, a chain of custom sandwich cafes, could save their slowly sinking sub shops. They were looking for game changing ideas, and I think mine certainly uproots their currently operation. Check out the article to see my response, and then post a comment here letting me know what you’d do to put them back on track.

Congrats Dan! Great news.
Great idea Dan. But you know the real Q’s fail is the outrageous Franchise Fees they charge. When the first owner busts out, the 2nd owner who bought at steep discounts maybe pennies on a dollar, so only then can he turn a profit. The truck idea would certainly work though.
Good points! Tough spot either way.
Thanks for your 2 cents worth Daniel – LITERALLY. Perhaps you could have been more verbose.
It was much longer Mike, but editors edit – and that’s what got published.
